We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery on unused products in their original packaging. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service with your order number and information about the product you wish to return.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the amount within 14 days. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
